tommy_twotoneI believe that majority of us (myself included) could stand to be stronger, faster, and leaner. My primary interest as a trainer involves creating programs designed to improve strength, speed and body composition simultaneously. I firmly believe that concrete goals are paramount in achieving tangible results. An individual who wishes to “firm and tone” does not have a concrete goal, whereas one that wishes to “drop 20 pounds of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle” does.

I have over ten years experience training people with specific goals. In that time I’ve learned a few crucial things:

  • You have to eat for the physique/performance you desire.
  • Consistency is the best “program”.
  • You should be making tangible improvements in each and every training session.
  • Everything works until it doesn’t.

I’m convinced that everyone is capable of reaching their true physical potential. Although the process is incredibly simple, it isn’t easy and takes a great deal of dedication and desire. Whether your goal is to put on muscle as fast as possible or lose a great deal of weight safely, I’d be happy to talk with you about the most efficient way to achieve those ends.
